DEALKALIZATION
Dealkalization plants are applied generally for the
waters having high hardness with alkalinity. By this
way both alkalinity and hardness are removed.
Hardness ions first bound to alkalinity. If hardness
is greater than alkalinity then the rest of the hardness
is bounded to sulphate and chloride.
The dealkalization proccess consist of Weak Basic
Cation Exchange Column + CO2 Degassifier + pH adjustment
+ Softening(If Hardness > Alkalinity)
The dealkalization process is ideal for low pressure
boiler feed water and textile industry.
