Ecodor
ODOR CONTROL SYSTEMS
A Natural Odor Neutralizer That Breaks
Down and Eliminates Odor Causing Gases
Odor control is an essential part of operations
for industries trying to keep up with increasing
government emissions regulations and improve conditions
for workers and residents of surrounding areas.
As odor control solutions are offered up, many fall
short in one of two categories. Either they act
as mere air deodorizer and don´t address the elimination
of potentially toxic gases – or as they eliminate
odors, they introduce hazardous compounds into the
areas they “clean”.
It´s no cover-up.
While other odor control systems claim to hide
or cover unpleasant odors, Ecodor is proven to chemically
convert foul and potentially harmful gases into
non-odorous, non-toxic byproducts. Independent testing
has verified that Ecodor is effective in the breakdown
and reduction of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfur
dioxide and ethyl and methyl mercaptan – potentially
toxic gases which comprise the most common sources
of malodor. In fact, Ecodor is so effective, it
often makes harsh scrubber chemicals and more elaborate
odor control technologies unnecessary.
Ecodor is most often diluted with water and sprayed
into odorous areas in an atomized mist of small
droplets. The essential oils in the droplets combine
to form a thin, electrostatically-charged film around
each droplet. The makeup of this film attracts molecules
that form the offensive odor. Odorous molecules
then attach to the droplets – where they are captured
and neutralized by the essential oils mixture.
Compact Single Nozzle Misting Unit :
For use in small, confined areas such as wastewater lift stations, flues and venting systems, and garbage handling areas.
Oscillating Fan Type Fogging Unit :
For use in medium to large areas; both indoor and
outdoor applications. Fans may be put in a series
for larger areas and can oscillate up to 350 degrees.
This unit can dispense from 2 to 22 gallons per
day despending on need.
High-Pressure Fogging Nozzle Systems :
For indoor or outdoor applications. Custom designed for site-specific needs. Produces a fog of approximately 10 micron in size, which maximizes Ecodor´s exposure to the malodor.
Air-Aspirated Nozzle Systems :
For indoor or outdoor applications. Similar in operation
to the high-pressure fogging system, except it uses
compressed air pressure for dispersion.
